We wanted to personally thank you for the wonderful cake you made, it exceeded my (Inès) expectation & it was the best part of Joel's surprise party! Until he cut into it, he wouldn't believe it was a cake!!! Our family was incredibly surprised with the level of skill in both the cake's design & flavor, and to my surprise there was not much left of it to take home! Many many thanks for contributing to the wonderful memories we created with our family this weekend.
